Screws will be sent to you as a gift. Our standard screws are 1 inch long (24mm), type M4. Please write to us if you need longer or shorter screws, so we can send suitable hardware to you free of charge.Â
What is "zamak"? Zamak originates from the initials of the four components Z-zinc + A-Aluminum + MA-Magnesium + K-copper. This alloy is characterized by high hardness and resistance. Choosing zamak also means relying on an environmentally friendly material.

Estimated delivery time for airmail is 3-20 days depending on the destination.
We recommend upgrading to Express Shipping if you want to receive your knobs and pulls in a few of days.

We offer Express Shipping worldwide. You can purchase it from our list of products or upgrade to it in the cart and have you items arrive much faster than with standard airmail.

PARCEL NOT DELIVERED YET?
Please be patient if your parcel has not arrived in expected time (note that the estimated shipping times are for business days and that they are approximate).
If a parcel is late, carrier can be contacted with the tracking number and we usually recommend giving it some more time. If the parcel has a tracking number, we can additionally check up with the carrier.
SCREWS
We send all necessary hardware along with your purchased items.
Our standard screws are 25 mm / about 1 inch long (type M4).
Depending on stocks they can be 22mm / 0.86"
Please write to us if you need longer or shorter screws, providing us with exact furniture thickness, so we can send suitable hardware to you free of charge.

HARDWARE CARE
None of the items need special treatment.
The knobs/pulls/handles are best cleaned with a wet cloth (without the use of any kind of household cleaning product).
Make sure chemicals (cleaning products, bleach etc.) don't come in touch with them though, because they may damage their surface and color.
